We are Koshalyam Learning Solutions. Since 2023, we have worked to make technology education accessible through people, practical learning and consistent execution.

Our work in Dhar brings us close to government, rural and tribal-area classrooms. Existing labs, local facilitators and connectivity constraints shape how we think about delivery.
A curriculum alone cannot solve the challenge. Teachers need preparation, schools need support and partners need a clear view of progress. Koshalyam brings these responsibilities together.
Our operations office is in Dhar. Our registered office is in Indore. Both serve the same mission: making meaningful technology learning accessible.

Recruit and prepare
Start with capable local candidates, develop subject confidence and practise classroom facilitation before delivery.
Deploy with structure
Connect trainers to session plans, learning activities and institutional expectations. A clear plan reduces dependence on individual improvisation.
Review and develop
Use classroom feedback to guide coaching, refreshers and further responsibility. Trainer development continues after the first session.
