We saw the same
problem everywhere.
We built Koshalyam because we kept seeing the same situation — organizations purchasing AI tools, deploying AI software, attending AI webinars — and then nothing changing. The workforce could not use the tools. The leaders could not evaluate the proposals. The transformation did not happen.
The technology was never the problem. The human capability was. And nobody was solving it seriously — certainly not for government officers in Madhya Pradesh, or teachers in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, or manufacturing companies in Indore.
So we built Koshalyam: India's dedicated AI capability development partner. Not a training institute. Not an IT company. A capability-building organization focused entirely on preparing organizations to think, work, and lead in the age of artificial intelligence.
"The technology was never the barrier. The human capability was."
